Reservation for SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer) and physically challenged candidates will be as per Government of India directives (Please refer the Advertisement column).
In respect of OBC, "Non-Creamy Layer" means the gross annual income of parents of the candidate should not be more than Rs. 8 lakhs in last three consecutive years in line with DOP &T OM No. 36033/3/2013 – Estt (Res) dated 13th September 2017.
Reservation for Economically Weaker Section candidates shall be done in accordance with Government directives. Candidates applying under EWSs category should fulfil the conditions stipulated for applying under 'Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) in civil posts and services in Government of India' issued vide DoPT OM dt.19.01.2019.
Such candidates should attach the requisite certificate (prescribed format available in our website) certifying their "Income and Asset of the family", from an officer not below the rank of Tehsildar, along with their application and at the time of interview.
Upper Age limit is relaxable by:
3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer).
5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Persons with Disabilities Candidates:
- By 10 years for General
- By 13 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)
- By 15 years for SC/ST
Relaxation for Ex-Servicemen will be as per extant Govt. Rules.
5 years for the candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.
